Hi Naveen,
We are plnning to go for partnership registration for our firm, which is into IT services in Embedded Systems.
I came to know about LLP & Pvt Ltd, but in these, there are lot legal issues which we need to take care and also We have no such big investment at this moment.
Could You please suggest anything on this?

@Avdhesh, The best way to do this is through a CA or a CS. If you don't know a CA, then you can ask this question on the PuneStartups mailing list. There are some CAs who frequent that group, and will be able to answer you.

Cool service guys! Thank you for taking the initiative.
Can you tell me how to go about the formalities of Setting up a Pvt. Limited Company in Pune? The company will have 5 co-founders and will be software/services based.
I am specifically looking for:
1) What paperwork do I need to fill?
2) What are the financial details (fees etc)?
3) Where do I go in Pune specifically to get this done?
4) How long does it typically take? How tedious or otherwise is it?
5) What other formalities are involved (Renewing every year, need to file a balance sheet every year, any licensing, anything else you feel is important etc)?

Would be great if you can provide specific and verified answers to these questions and I will be happy to put up a detailed post.

Ram, hmmm. I don’t really think that people learn PHP/MySQL based web development by joining courses – they learn that by actually starting work in that area. In any case, try asking your question on the PHPCamp mailing list (http://groups.google.com/group/phpcamp) – there are hunderds of PHP/MySQL programmers over there. Someone there should be able to help you.
