Pune is a great melting pot for cultures from all parts of India as well as from many other countries, providing truly diversified population. Pune is considered an oxford of the East - you name an education program, you will find several options to choose from. Besides IT & ITES, it is also a strong hub of auto industry - 5 major car companies and 2 major bike companies besides host of auto components. Pune boasts of several defense research establishments - something that should give young techies - a real challenging ideas to work on. Vijay has made an excellent selection of location. Kudos!
