Pune can likewise surpass Bangalore, Chennai , Hyderabad in niche areas like systems software , storage & networking ; companies in Bangalore are mostly service companies (about 60 % of them ). Pune has a large talent pool and loads of Marathi speaking people in Bangalore prefer to come to Pune , only if It can offer them a slightest of flexibility in career as Bangalore offers.

I have worked in Pune as well as Bangalore , I can say that dedication to work and type of work is good in Pune as compared to Bangalore.
