An ILM approach to managing unstructured electronic information

Content Archiving is a new class of enterprise application designed for managing user-generated, unstructured electronic information. The purpose of Content Archiving is to manage unstructured information over the entire lifecycle – fast access to recent information, and cheap storage for historical information, and sophisticated search and retrieval tools for legal discovery.
